Kvačkan etuijček

Če me v roke zvečer pred televizijo zebe, kvačkam. Perlice je težko natikati z mrzlimi prsti. Trenutno je tako, da mi je pol časa zelo vroče, pol časa me pa zelo zebe. Pa se pač prilagajam. Večine kvačkanja še nimam kaj kazati, delam namreč kvadratke. Računam, da bom ob moji hitrosti in vztrajnosti 1x čez 2 leti imela dovolj kvadratkov za eno odejico, da me bo grela. Da ne bodo vedno “flisdekice”. In ko sem že kvačkala in ker se pač teže pripravim k šivanju, sem malo pogoljufala in nečakinji za RD za njen novi mp4 naredila kvačkan etuijček. Podložen je z džersijem, pri katerem se pač nisem izognila šivanju, ampak sem kar na roke naredila, to je bolj 1,2,3 pri meni, kot če moram stroj ven vleči.

When I’m a bit cold in the evenings (not because the house wouldn’t be warm, but because my internal heating is a bit wonky these days), I crochet. I have tons of little amounts of wools that are perfect for granny squares. Those are easy and don’t require a great amount of thinking, so perfect for our evenings in front of the TV-set. I figure with my speed and endurance I should have enough of them for a blanky in just a couple of years. Maybe 3. Years, of course. Since I had my crochet at hand I made this little pouch for my niece’s new mp4 player. It’s lined with jersey, which I’ve sewn on by hand. I really didn’t want to bring my sewing machine out, who’d know why …
